Town house €”Casa LunaVista”
At the end of 2014 we bought a dilapidated village house in the historic center of Velez Rubio. After years of renovating and modernizing, the house is ready and available for rental.
The house is in the center of Velez Rubio and covers more than 200m2 of living space. It is suitable for a minimum of 6 people, but can be extended (extra beds) to 12 people. The layout is as follows;
- 2 spacious 2-person bedrooms (both 16m2)
- 1 spacious suite for 2 persons (28m2)
- 2 bathrooms (ensuite and / or accessible via the corridor)
- living room and dining room
- fully equipped kitchen
- play / relax room
- Sauna room (8 person infrared sauna)
- 30m2 roof terrace with wide view, BBQ and seating area
Restaurants are of course close by and from the end of June until the beginning of September the large communal swimming pool is open and within walking distance. The roof terrace is ideal for a delicious drink, just doze off or a cozy BBQ with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
You can of course count on the excellent service of luxury bed and breakfast Casa Paco and we are also ready to make your holiday a great holiday.
You can rent the house in the following ways;
- 2 persons (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, sauna and roof terras) € 90,- per night (minimum stay of 2 nights) or € 600,- per week
- 6 persons (2 additional bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom) € 145,- per night (minimum stay of 2 nights) or € 1.000,- per week
