• Rent Casa Paco as a whole (holiday home)

€ 300,- per night (minimum 4 nights) If you rent Casa Paco as a whole, you will have 6 bedrooms (max. 14 persons), 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, private pool and all the land and garden at your disposal. 

• The rates of the rooms and the apartment depend on the period in question. The prices of the rooms are per day and include breakfast, the price of the apartment is per week and excluding breakfast.

Eating & Drinking at Casa Paco

Twice a week Casa Paco provides a delicious evening meal (BBQ, Tapas, Pinchos or 3-course) for € 19.50 per person (excluding drinks), children up to 12 years of age eat along for € 12, – per person.

Casa Paco also has a traditional bread / pizza oven. If there is enough interest, we also organize a pizza evening, where everyone can compose his/her own pizza and we prepare the pizza in our wood-fired oven.

From Monday to Friday there is also a small lunch menu (including sandwiches, sandwich, hamburger sandwich) available.

Honesty Bar and outdoor kitchen

In the communal area by the pool is also an ‘honesty bar’, equipped with soft drinks, beer, wine, crisps, ice creams and candy bars. You will also find a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, kettle and small kitchen utensils.

Since 2017 the new outdoor kitchen is ready. The outdoor kitchen has a cozy bar, refrigerator, sink and grill plate and has a beautiful view of the surroundings. A great place to bite and chat! The fridge in the outdoor bar can be used by guests to cool fruit and / or small food, (the fridge is not intended for self-supplied drinks).

Other price information

• During the school holidays the “high season” prices apply.
• The rooms can be extended with an extra bedroom, for this purpose
  a surcharge of 50% of the regular room rate applies.
• For placing an extra (baby) bed there is a surcharge of €12.50 per day.
• Prices include VAT
• Rooms/apartments are available from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival.
• Rooms/apartments must be vacated by 11.00 am on departure.
• For € 1,- per day there is a beach towel for rent.
• You can pay with us in cash and/or with pin

Booking and cancellation conditions

• We ask a deposit of 20%
• You can pay the balance in advance or on the spot.
• Availability of the room(s) is guaranteed after timely receipt of your payment. Your payment has been received in good order without any notice to the contrary.

In case of cancellation the cancellation costs are

• from 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 20% of the total cost of the stay
• from 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival: 75% of the total cost of the stay
• from 2 weeks before and from the day of arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay
• We advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance.
