Cortijo Alcibara occupies an area of more than 500 square meters, including parking spaces and terraces. It stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters planted with almond trees.<\/p>\n\n
The house has central heating. The hot water works with solar panels and a boiler as a back-up. In addition, it has running water from the public network and there are reserve tanks for 14,000 litres, to guarantee the supply in the event of a network failure.<\/p>\n\n
Cortijo Alcibara has all legal papers (registered as Casa Rural in the Andalusian tourism register) and has an activity license (licencia de apertura) from the town hall of V\u00e9lez-Rubio. A well-run bed & breakfast in the well-known Comarca de los V\u00e9lez, with a large portfolio of regular customers.<\/p>\n\n
It is located in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Sierra de las Estancias in the municipality of V\u00e9lez-Rubio, in the Comarca de los V\u00e9lez in Almer\u00eda. The Comarca de los V\u00e9lez, formerly the Marquesado de los V\u00e9lez, consists of the municipalities of Chirivel, Mar\u00eda, V\u00e9lez-Blanco and V\u00e9lez-Rubio, the last two having the declaration of historic center, due to the historic layout of the streets and the abundance of monumental buildings (houses, churches, palace, museum, etc.) as well as the castle of V\u00e9lez-Blanco and the church of V\u00e9lez-Rubio declared a property of cultural interest at national level. In the region there is also the Natural Park of Sierra de Mar\u00eda-Los V\u00e9lez and natural monuments such as the mountain “La Muela” or the “Sabina Milenaria”.<\/p>\n\n
Los V\u00e9lez is located at a crossroads between eastern Spain and Andalusia, connected by Autov\u00eda.
