Belgian owners have asked us to offer their beautiful house for rent &#8230; herewith!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5092 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pacovelez.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_6690-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Casa Arturo is an old farmhouse with a lovely (heated) swimming pool of no less than 11 by 5 meters. When the owners are not there, you can rent out a part of the house exclusively (you are always the only tenant). The part to be rented consists of an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet and a living room \/ kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed for 1 person above it, in addition, an extra bed can be placed. The second bedroom has only a double bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to the apartment on the ground floor, the house also has an upper floor, consisting of two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The upper floor can be reached via a private (outside) entrance. The house is rented including bed linen, towels, etc. The prices per night are as follows;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 persons \u20ac 85,-<\/li>\n<li>4 persons \u20ac 130,-<\/li>\n<li>6 persons \u20ac 180,-<\/li>\n<li>8 persons \u20ac 225,-<\/li>\n<li>10 persons \u20ac 275,-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The minimum stay is 4 nights.
