After years of renovating and modernizing, the house is ready and available for rental.<\/p>\n<p>The house is in the center of Velez Rubio and covers more than 200m2 of living space. It is suitable for a minimum of 6 people, but can be extended (extra beds) to 12 people. The layout is as follows;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 spacious 2-person bedrooms (both 16m2)<\/li>\n<li>1 spacious suite for 2 persons (28m2)<\/li>\n<li>2 bathrooms (ensuite and \/ or accessible via the corridor)<\/li>\n<li>living room and dining room<\/li>\n<li>fully equipped kitchen<\/li>\n<li>play \/ relax room<\/li>\n<li>Sauna room (8 person infrared sauna)<\/li>\n<li>30m2 roof terrace with wide view, BBQ and seating area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Restaurants are of course close by and from the end of June until the beginning of September the large communal swimming pool is open and within walking distance. Na jaren van renoveren en moderniseren is het huis klaar en beschikbaar voor de verhuur.<\/p><p>Het huis ligt in het centrum van Velez Rubio en beslaat meer dan 200m2 woonoppervlakte. Het is geschikt voor minimaal 6 personen, maar kan uitgebreid worden (extra bedden) tot 12 personen. De indeling is als volgt;<\/p><ul><li>2 ruime 2-persoonsslaapkamers (allebei 16m2)<\/li><li>1 ruime suite voor 2 personen (28m2)<\/li><li>2 badkamers (ensuite en\/of te bereiken via de gang)<\/li><li>woonkamer en eetkamer<\/li><li>volledig uitgeruste keuken<\/li><li>speel\/relax kamer<\/li><li>saunakamer (8 persoons infrarood sauna)<\/li><li>30m2 dakterras met wijds uitzicht, BBQ en zitgedeelte<\/li><\/ul><p>Restaurants zijn natuurlijk dichtbij en vanaf eind juni tot begin september is het grote gemeentezwembad geopend en op loopafstand. Het dakterras is uitermate geschikt voor een heerlijke borrel, even weg te dommelen of een gezellige BBQ met schitterend uitzicht op de omliggende bergen.<\/p><p>U kunt natuurlijk rekenen op de uitmuntende service van luxe bed & breakfast Casa Paco en we staan ook voor u klaar om uw vakantie tot een super vakantie te maken.<\/p><p>De huurprijs bedraagt 1.050,- euro per week \u00a0(o.b.v. 6 personen) en het huis is te boeken vanaf 1 april 2018.
